True Aim Founder & Instructor
Jessica Singer-Yahm

My passion is helping people take their first steps into the shooting sports with confidence. I know that booking your first shooting lesson can feel intimidating—especially when you’re unsure what to expect. That’s why I create a welcoming, supportive environment where you can ask questions, learn at your own pace, and feel comfortable being a beginner. The most rewarding part of being an instructor is seeing that moment when uncertainty turns into excitement: hitting your first target, accomplishing something you didn’t think you could do, and realizing, “I can do this.” Through patient, safety-focused instruction, I help you build the foundations of responsible firearm handling alongside trust in your own abilities.

I continue to challenge myself, too. As I prepare to get started in Tactical Games competitions, I’m stepping outside my own comfort zone, sharpening my skills, and exploring different sides of the shooting sports. These experiences bring fresh ideas and perspectives to my courses, helping me support beginners and aspiring competitors as they discover their own interests and goals. They also remind me how much patience and encouragement matter when you’re trying something new.For me, every lesson is about more than learning to shoot. It’s about sharing something I love, helping you recognize what you’re capable of, and making that first step feel a little less daunting.

You don’t need to arrive feeling confident—that’s something we can build together!

I provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where beginners can learn at their own pace through flexible lesson options tailored to their schedule, experience level, and goals. Our mission is to help every student build confidence, develop safe firearm handling skills, and enjoy the sport of shooting in a positive, encouraging setting.
